Our Underwater Process

Our rum isn't just sweetened for flavor; rather, we tastefully and tactfully have developed our own process that rapidly produces a superior, smoother taste. We have allowed the characteristically bumpy topography and active Caribbean salt-waters to facilitate the process of aging our rum. Naturally, by using a process we like to call "Nautical Agitation", Mother Nature cradles our rum until maturity.

Conceptually, "agitation" dates back to the days of the British Royal Navy in the Caribbean. It is rumored that there was a significant taste difference to the rum barrels after they had traveled with them on their rocky ship. This smooth, fluid flavor is characteristic of high-quality rum, something that has been sought after, but in our opinion, not mastered.
